The Magpies secured maximum points with an emphatic 46-13 win over visiting Fishguard and Goodwick RFC. After conceding a try in the very first play of the game a young Tumble back line ran in four first half tries through centre Steffan Price (2), full back Tom Rogers and scrum half Iwan Morgan to secure the bonus point. The boot of centre Leighton McKenna added the extras with a penalty and three conversions to make the score 29-13 at the interval. The second half saw the Magpies back line score another three tries through Price, Rogers and Morgan with McKenna kicking one extra conversion. This was a much improved performance in attack which will need to be built upon in the final league fixture at home to Pontarddulais, date to be confirmed.
