The Piod Pinc made the trip to undefeated league leaders Morriston RFC Ladies in the National Women's League Division 2 on Sunday afternoon and returned home with a losing bonus point after a 24-17 defeat. Missing a number of key players through injury and unavailability the girls put in a massive effort in what was an hard and uncompromising game. Tumble scored three tries through number eight Amy Jones and acting captain, fullback Darcy Hardy, who went over for a brace. Outside half Kirsten Field completed the scoring with a well taken conversion. The girls are back in action next Sunday when they travel east to Taffs Well RFC Ladies, kick-off 2.30pm.
